I provide professional trainings tailored to organizations and teams, covering mental health topics. My sessions combine evidence-based content with practical exercises and customizable materials to meet your goals, whether you need a one-hour overview, a half-day workshop, or a multi-session series. Trainings can be delivered in-person or virtually and include follow-up resources and implementation support to help participants apply what they learn.

Research Consultation

I may be able to help with your research. Whether you are trying to publish for yourself or on behalf of your company or organization, I am happy to provide consultation on research methods, data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), ethics, and presentations.
